Here’s another scenario. You’ve downloaded a large WMV file in parts, reassembled it and find that playback sticks halfway. What do you do? I agree, this app is very user-friendly and 100% working. Before then, we had ASF Tools, which although freeware, is now getting a bit old (last updated 2002), nevertheless many people still use it.

Rather than add cr*p to pad out the download file to over 1 Mb just to satisfy RS, I’ve also included the now hard-to-find ASF Tools v3.1 as it offers some extra features, as well as all the info you need to use it.
